Typical Grounds Maintenance Contract
A small sample of varying specifications may include:
Formal areas and general amenity grassland from March to October.
Hard areas, fence lines, obstacles, beds on each visit. Selective weed control to grass areas annually.
Hedges, shrubs, roses 2 x per annum.
In June and November.
Removal of litter on each visit
Leaf clearance in Nov/Dec
Paths/car parks on each visit.
Commercial contracts on areas such as Industrial Estates often present problems such as fly tipping – clearance and removal can be built into the contract.
High profile areas such as formal grass areas require more frequent visits and may benefit from the provision of hanging baskets/bedding plant displays.
Schools and colleges have sports pitch maintenance built into the programme of works.
We offer long and short term contracts and one off works.
