Our thirty plus years of experience working exclusively on large grounds maintenance contracts has enabled us to identify effective ways of monitoring and continually improving our performance.
We regard delivery of a quality service as our highest priority. We commit ourselves to dedicated resources to maintain effective systems to monitor and improve quality of service.
With this in mind we have in place a number of quality improvement programmes. Including the use of customer satisfaction surveys, customer consultation and liaison, on site inspections by management and staff training. We will continuously monitor and improve the quality of service to customers.
