Quality

SPA Landscaping is fully committed to providing the highest level of service and value for money to customers.  We recognise that in order to achieve this, effective performance and process management is essential. We have a Quality Policy and Management System.

 

Our twenty five plus years of experience working exclusively on large grounds maintenance contracts has enabled us to identify effective ways of monitoring and continually improve our performance by the quality management and quality systems we put in place.

We regard delivery of a quality service as our highest priority and as such we commit ourselves to dedicate resources to establish and maintain effective systems to monitor and improve quality of service.  With this in mind we have in place a number of quality improvement programmes including the use of customer satisfaction surveys, customer consultation and liaison, on site inspections by management and staff training.  We will continuously monitor and improve the quality of service to customers.
